Prof. Dr. K. Prema Sekar is the Principal of Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Chennai Campus. She earned her B.Sc. Nursing from SRM College of Nursing in 1996 and her M.Sc. Nursing from Saveetha College of Nursing in 2002, specializing in Child Health Nursing, followed by an M.Phil. in Women’s Studies from Mother Teresa Women's University in 2007. Her scholarly pursuits culminated in a Ph.D. in Nursing from the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in 2012. She has also completed the Principles of Bioethics and Human Rights course based on the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights from the UNESCO Chair Bioethics Haifa Department of Education in 2019 and Assessor Course on National Accreditation Board of Hospitals & Health Care Providers (NABH) in 2024.

She has a broad range of experience spanning over 27 years, having held leadership positions in both academic and healthcare settings, including serving as a Principal and Assistant Professor and Chief Nursing Officer at various institutions in India and overseas. She is a recognized guide for Ph.D. programs at Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research and has mentored more than 200 postgraduate and 25 doctoral research projects. She has also served as an examiner and inspector for multiple prestigious universities and councils across India. Her contributions to community development include organizing regular health awareness programs, screening camps, and empowerment activities in rural villages. She has also been actively involved in organizing national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars, contributing significantly to the field of nursing education and healthcare. Her dedication to improving nursing education and patient care extends to her work in hospital accreditation, where she plays a pivotal role in integrating college and hospital functions, enhancing the quality of nursing services, and implementing quality improvement programs. She is also involved in guiding ongoing projects such as cervical cancer screening in rural communities.

She is a prolific researcher with over 30 publications in indexed journals including one patent and several presentations in more than 75 national and international conferences. She is a member of several esteemed organizations, including the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council and the Nursing Research Society of India. She has received several accolades, including the Best Teacher Award from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, the Best Administrator in Nursing Education award and Young Achiever In Nursing Award  on first alumnae meet in SRM college of Nursing, SRM University, Chennai. 

Dr. Golda Sahaya Rani is a dedicated nursing educator, researcher, and administrator with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, education, research, and academic leadership. She holds a PhD in Nursing (2021) from Saveetha University, an MSc in Nursing (2008) from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and a BSc in Nursing (2001) from the same university. Currently, she serves as the Head of the Department and Professor, Medical Surgical Nursing, at Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing, where she plays a key role in curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student training. She has published more than 19 research articles in indexed and non-indexed journals, covering critical areas such as osteoporosis prevention, nursing interventions, and evidence-based practice. In recognition of her innovative contributions, she was awarded A Patent for the "Automated IV Catheter Flushing Device" (2024) by the Government of India. She is also an Editorial Board Member and Peer Reviewer for esteemed journals, including the Journal of Advances in Medicine and Medical Research, Journal of Advances in Biology & Biotechnology, and Journal of Biological Research for Nursing. Ms. K. Carline is a dedicated Nursing Tutor with over 13 years of extensive clinical and academic experience. She holds an M.Sc. in Medical-Surgical Nursing with a specialization in Orthopedics from Arun College of Nursing, where she also completed her Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Her professional journey includes service at esteemed institutions such as Scudder Memorial Hospital in Tamil Nadu, as well as Samtah National Clinic and Dr. Bakhsh Hospital Group in Saudi Arabia. She served as a staff nurse, supervisor, and team leader across medical, surgical, orthopaedic, and gynaecological wards. Ms. Carline has made significant contributions to nursing education through her role as a tutor at Arun College of Nursing and Tagore College of Nursing. She has co-authored two research publications—one on child malnutrition and another on behavioural problems among children. She is a registered nurse with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council and the Saudi Council for Health Specialties, and she also holds certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). I am Baskaran N, an Assistant Professor in Mental Health Nursing at Shri Sathya Sai College of Nursing. My academic voyage commenced at Vignesh Nursing College, Tiruvannamalai, culminating in both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. Over the preceding 5 years, I have committed myself to educating undergraduate and postgraduate scholars. I have undertaken the mentorship of 4 undergraduate projects and contributed 4 postgraduate research projects.
