Multi-Disciplinary Teaching/Learning Programme or Integrated Teaching and practice. This well-accepted and effective educational strategy for their problems. This will enhance quality of education which includes specialties of nursing which is scheduled once in three months in rotation.

BLS Training

BLS Training will be initiated with the objective to provide optimal training to the outgoing students using the state-of-the-art simulation lab of SBV certified by the American Heart Association which is a must know component of every student who will be transforming to a clinical nurse. SSSCON takes keen interest in training all the students passing out from SSSCON who carry the prestigious certificate of AHA. 

Mentor - Mentee

Mentor mentee works with the objective to identify students’ areas of strength and weakness and to provide guidance and support by creating an atmosphere of openness where meaningful communication and trust can exist. One faculty will be allotted 10 students from all 4 batches. The mentees are instructed to meet their mentor on last Friday of every month to share the difficulties faced by them both personally and professionally.

Remedial classes for SNACS (Students Needing Additional Curriculum Support)

Remedial classes for Students Needing Additional Curriculum Support (SNACS) are being conducted for students to overcome their learning difficulties through mind mapping to improve the learning skill of the students and thereby the academic performance is improved. Special coaching classes after college hours with students and parents cooperation are being conducted.
